Community powered effort to achieve independent Polish AI. The Bielik Project delivers not only a family of open-source language models (1.5B, 4.5B, and 11B parameters) but also a complete tooling ecosystem designed to empower others to train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs with ease. One of the project’s core features is its end-to-end toolchain—spanning datasets, benchmarking, training, and fine-tuning frameworks—which enables any research group or organization to build their own models through base model fine-tuning or continuous pretraining.
